VISION & MISSION

VISION

What's In a Name?
When we formed ERPMARK INC, we considered the challenges our clients faced in integrating their enterprise technologies.

ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING - ERP

A process by which a company (often a manufacturer) manages and integrates the important parts of its business. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, etc.

INVESTOPEDIA COMMENTARY

ERP is most frequently used in the context of software. As the methodology has become more popular, large software applications have been developed to help companies implement ERP in their organization.

Think of ERP as the glue that binds the different computer systems for a large organization. Typically each department would have their own system optimized for that division's particular tasks. With ERP, each department still has their own system, but they can communicate and share information easier with the rest of the company.

MARK

A recognized or required standard of quality, brand, proficiency, distinction or importance; So we combined ERP and MARK, that is how ERPMARK INC name is born.

Our clients like the concept, and we like the name.

MISSION

Unmatchable growing excellence

When ERPMARK INC was formed, we interviewed many potential clients and business colleagues and asked what seemed a single important question: "If you could design a firm to meet your needs, what would it look like?" The answers to that question have guided our thinking and planning on an ongoing basis, and form the core of our thinking about how we treat our clients and our employees, whom we call associates.

At a most basic level, we have stated our mission in a promise to our clients and our associates: "Unmatchable growing excellence." This alignment governs superior service to our customers and supports our associates who perform that work, which cannot be matched by our competitors.

In short, we believe that care of our associates, disciplined financial management, and constant attention to the fundamentals of good delivery adds up to a successful, scalable business.
